Bachelor of Commerce and a double degree in Finance and Marketing, and
is currently completing a Masters in Applied Finance. She works as a client

Then Winner of Search for a Supermodel along with Perth’s David Genat,
she built a strong folio of work in WA, winning big campaigns like Face of the
Colonnade and Forrest Chase, her stunning features were plastered across the city.
now Since departing Perth, she’s built an impressive resume, including cam-
paigns for Sonia Rykiel, Dolce & Gabbana and Karl Lagerfeld. She continues
to model internationally, and has gone back to her reality roots, appearing as a
mentor in the American Make Me a Supermodel.
Then Amazonian Megan was embraced by Italy (sometimes literally if they
ran fast enough) after she scored her Omnitel campaign, taking out the
European fashion scene in the process. In 2001, she became the face of David
Jones, raising their profile and hers.
now She’s still contracted to David Jones until 2011 (although Miranda Kerr
has taken her place as face of the brand), and in 2008, announced her retire-
ment from the runway.
In case you were wondering, Western Australians are still desperately good
looking. Alexander McQueen personally selected Scene model Tom Bull, who
features in this edition’s fashion shoot. He’s been spreading his cheek worldwide,
through London, Germany, Greece and Milan for men’s fashion week.
This edition’s cover girl Bridget Malcolm (who also was on our cover
in Winter 08) has hit big time, as have her cohorts Rosie Tupper and Skye
Stracke, modelling through New York, London and Paris, shooting for the
major league players like Vogue and Harpers and scoring lucrative ad
campaigns along the way.
Sarah Pauley and Millicent Lambert (Scoop cover girl editions 48 and 49
respectively) have shot from relative obscurity to having more buzz about them
than a hive of bees – Christine notes leggy Sarah as the one to watch next year as
she graces the runways of Australian Fashion Week for the first time. sm
