Anthony Torresan, chairman
of the Torresan Group, always
dresses for an occasion, be it
business or pleasure
Describe your style.
Sharp, casual and comfortable. It’s great
to be inspired by fashion and trends but
I like to forget what’s in, and just wear
what suits me. It’s not about fashion, it’s
about style. I like to feel comfortable in what
I’m wearing, and I dress for the occasion.
How do you find Perth for shopping?
I think Perth has really grown up in the
last five years and there’s a great selection
of men’s fashion r un by good operators.
I like Highs and Lows (Mt Lawley) for
sneakers, G-Star (Wesley Quarter) for jeans,
tees and jackets, Calibre (Perth CBD) for
fitted shirts, Wasteland (King Street) for
hoodie and tees, Subway (Claremont) for
cardigans and jeans, and Saba (Subiaco) for
t-shirts. For business, I love to wear suits
and shirts from Joseph Anthony Bespoke
(Claremont). And I get my specs from
SpecialEyes (King Street).
What item couldn’t you live without?
My Johnson wool coat. It’s from London
and I’ve had it for years. It keeps me warm
and feels great.
What are you wearing for breakfast?
G-Star light denim fitted jeans, Saba t-shirt,
Kris Van Assche hoodie and Vans sneakers.
Cocktail party wear?
Morrissey velour jacket, Calibre fitted
shirt, G-Star black fitted jeans and Zegna
Last item of clothing you bought?
A Hawaiian shirt from Elroy in Mt Lawley.
